        Today I came to pick my medicine. I was waiting for the lovely lady to finished served me, and another her colleague start talking to me not to waste a doctors time, because I can buy this medicine from the shelve in the boots shop. She doesn't know my health problems and she doesn't know what problems im alking with my doctor. Her comment wasn't pleasant to me.

        lady on the phone was very helpful and sorted my wife's prescription issue out immediately whereas other pharmacy's were nowhere near as polite and helpful

        Did wrong prescription. Then when go up to collect prescription didn't have medication in stock. 2nd time not had medication in stock. Luckily another pharmacy did have. Not reliable enough. Will use fairbrothers in future.
