        My little boy ( nearly 8 ) went for his yearly test, needs glasses all the time. Everyone from start to finish was fantastic with him. Optician was great, shook his hand, he felt like a right big boy bless him. Made adjustments to his current glasses while awaiting his new ones. All staff spoke to him was very understanding with him, and interacted fabulously. Well happy mum and more importantly happy boy.

        Used them for myself and my children and am so fed up of their awful service Ive gone to Boots opticians instead. Their staff are unhelpful, with horrid & rude attitudes especially one of them towards one of my children who is only 6. Communication from them is poor to. Go elsewhere and your experience will be much nicer! I will never use them again.
