        This home is fantastic. My elderly mother went into care in Lyncroft in February as she was in need of both personal and social care. She is so happy there and cannot rate the manager and staff highly enough. They are always there when needed and spend time with her chatting and laughing - the social side of life that she needed. Any concerns from relatives are dealt with immediately and positively. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Laura, the manager, is wonderful, both to residents and visitors alike. Always ready to listen, very amenable, and helpful. A very happy home, the staff of which gives 100% all the time. Thank you everyone.
