Good products but too busy to be be bothered with the smaller customer I found as customer service is much to be desired. 2 emails sent and even after a phone call still no reply.

Bailey Truck Products go above and beyond any other level of customer service. I have delt with them on only a couple of occasions, but the level of attention they give is as if you spent 100k a year with them. I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and accommodating and their products to be top quality. I will certainly be dealing with them in the future, and would have no hesitation recommending them to other potential customers.
