Do NOT have anything to do with this company. You will call them up and they will find a reason in the small print that youre not covered and will not care that you are then left stranded when you thought you had full cover. SCAM ARTISTS! Luckily my family helped me and I took out AA cover that evening!

Excellent value. You get the full breakdown cover like the major breakdown companies for anything from 18.25 to 20 plus pounds depending if your car is under or over 10 years old. Thanks for the great price and service.

Pleas ebe very careful with this company as I belive they also trade under a company name of Emergency Assist. please find below my experince of dealing with Emergency Assist: Please, please don't waste your money on this company as in an emergency they don't assist. I have been with the company for over a year and my car recently broke down. I was traveling along on a main road and possibly hit a pothole causing the front suspension spring to break and collapse. I rang the company and explained that the car was undriveable and mentioned I thought I hit a pothole. They then told me I was not covered as hitting a pothole was classed as an accident. As far as I'm concerned whilst travelling on british roads there is a good chance youre going to hit a bump or two which could unfortunately cause suspension failure. However, according to Emergency Assist it is an accident and the only way they could help was to quote me 1000+ to recovery me 113 miles home. In my book an accident is me driving into a wall or another vechile. Thanks for nothing Emergency Assist you were worse than useless in my hour of need. I dread to think what other small print get out clauses you have. I will be looking into cancelling my cover and renewing with a company that doesn't use such sharp practices. I have wriiten this on behalf of my partner who is the policy holder. I have also written a complaint to Emergency assist but have recieved no reply after 7 days.

We called for emergency breakdown service, initially told 90 minutes, then an agent called and said 2 hours. After 2 hours, no one attended so called again then apologised and said another one and half hour but that time passed as well and didnt receive any call. I called again and still waiting on que. worse ever service

I filled out the online form and got a quote of 198 so next day i called them up to accept and the man i spoke to said my quote (actual words) was waaaaaay higher and that there online quotes are completely off, it went from 198 to 659 and i was constantly told it would be much much higher, worst ever insurance saleman paul....
