Absolutely the worst service I have ever come across and not only did they take my money they charge me card service and not even deliver the food and then ignore the phone call I would highly avoid this place

I am not a person to complain but on this occasion after having no satisfaction from the manager of this establishment I feel I need to vent my disgust somehow. An indian food lover, I know my curries and quality of meat (how can a chicken tikka be so tough and grissely one cannot even eat it?). The vindaloo was insipid, no richness of flavour and again poor quality of meat and lack of. At the the cost of approx 17.00 i was looking forward to enjoying my favourite cuisine, in no position to return the food I was forced to ring the Tandoori Hut and speak to the manager. I was was given no apology, or offer of compensation. I even question whether the chicken in the tikka was even chicken. I cannot express how disappointed I am not only with the food, but with the customer service or should I say lack of. I purchased my meal on the 6th of September and can honestly say I will never eat there. I hope you have a better experience.
