        Great place to go! I've been a member on and off here for a few years (due to being self employed and my times when I work) Great for women who also don't feel confident as there's a women only zone too. I took the plunge recently into a spinning class and loved it! Would recommend and would definitely go again.

        Staff and other members are friendly, location is clean and all equipment is new and well maintained, also has the added benefit of being right next to the Tesco so theres never any need to use the pricy vending machines. The only complaint I have with the gym is its not able to be open 24 hours.
