        Terribly awkward working environment. No induction, no real training, just thrown into work like a kid on their first day at school. Colleagues are great for the most part. Serious issues regarding hours and the use of agency staff. Colleagues internally expect you to work longer than the job is actually advertised for. The main recruitment agency used by Del Monte are advertising one thing, but internally, it's clear the communication isn't forthcoming. Overall, not the worst job I've had but definitely not the best.
