First time ordering from here,& they was delayed so they was upgraded to a larger bunch. Ive received them today, they definitely do not look large, infact I could probably go elsewhere and get a much cheaper bunch which are larger than these. Ive not had them a day and already heads of the flowers have started to drop off. Will never use again or recommend!

DO NOT BUY !!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! NOTE-The one star is necessary to post this review but I would not give them one star. They post via Royal Mail using only tracked delivery and when my order for next day delivery went to the wrong address and turned up 3 days later via courtesy of the neighbour in flats nearby, who kindly brought them to the address Id ordered to. A gift for my sister ruined through this companys lack of care and responsibility. I had difficulty with communication with them. They told me it had been delivered when it was lost. This was repeated via emails and then switched their phones off when I rang them! I contacted my bank as I thought they were scamming me then the company started communicating! This company is used to complaints and they turn the responsibility of delivery into the customer, I would say with extremely manipulative language mentioning police cases and my duty whilst squirming out of their responsibility as a online delivery florist. And all this despite me drawing their attention to the consumer rights act 2016 which protects the customer if the company breaks their contract ie next day delivery. The flowers that eventually were found were not even as advertised on their website. The flowers were different to seen and they also substituted an extra gift paid for of chocolates with a different (run of the mill) type of chocolate. They have demanded evidence from myself and my sister as if we were to blame for the wrong delivery. They say we sent it to the right address and you have now received the flowerswe sent it to the right address we cant help it Royal Mail took it elsewhere. Even the post woman admitted when questioned by my sister that she had delivered them to the incorrect address. My sister informed BBF of this. This company then accused my sister of being out at the time of Royal Mail trying to deliver and claimed that this was therefore why the flowers werent delivered (her husband works at home, they regularly receive deliveries without these issues.) Royal Mail tracking only gives compensation for damage so they asked us to provide photos of damage to the flowers I presumed so that they could receive their compensation and maybe then agree to a refund. The flowers were not as seen on their website and were dried out after the 3 day delay, but were not damaged. I gathered that as they have no rights to compensation, my complaint sent via numerous emails from myself and my sister, including photos; was then after 6 days dismissed. Im told its possibly my sisters fault definitely not theirs! I was also told it was my duty to urgently inform my bank that they had delivered the flowers?!? They conceded however that they would refund the chocolates if I posted them back!!! Clearly a company used to scamming their customers with no regard for delivery of their products and clearly a company that is not to be trusted. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !

I ordered next day flowers on the 25th Jan 2023, to be delivered on the 26th Jan 2023. The occasion is now over and yet John and Melissa confirmed via email that the flowers would be delivered, after receiving my money for the purchase they are not returning my emails or telephone calls as I am requesting a refund as the service I have paid for is still outstanding. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
