Worst practice ever. It seems they don't even treat people. I tried to book an appointment for an ear problem, they send me elsewhere. I ring about menstrual problems, I get sent elsewhere. Contraception, sent elsewhere plus many other problems. Also you can only get an appointment on the day, WHY? You used to get an appointment booked for another day but now it's first come first served, if you're lucky enough to have something wrong with you that they can actually treat which is not a lot. One star is extremely generous for a place like this and I'm at my wits end.

Reception staff seem uncaring. You cannot walk into the surgery to book an appointment.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Terrible response on the phone - I spent over 45 minutes waiting to speak with someone to book an appointment for my elderly sick grandmother. I was stuck in "position 3 in the queue" for 30 minutes. The receptionist must have taken a break mid morning from the phones and did not have any other cover. The receptionist then refused to book a face to face appointment for my grandmother insisting that she needs a telephone clinician appointment. My grandmother cannot hear or see and does not hear the phone. Even if she does hear the phone she cannot hear what the clinician is saying. Discriminatory 'protocol' for individuals who are deaf and urgently need to be seen to. I have lived in 4 different places in the UK and the experience at this surgery is by far the worst.
