Excellent service from beginning to end. Sent out request for beam and blocks to several large companies. This is the only one that came back with full diagrams showing where they would go and also optimised layout for least amount of materials. I think other companies don't issue those plans for fear that the client would just buy the beams off the shelf and cut them down. Don't !! I worked it out, this company actually charge less and they are precut to the exact size rather than flaffing around with builder cutting them with big cutty thing. Put in a few changes to the design and they provided updated quotes with new plans within a day. Delivery was straight forward. Had blocks delivered early in morning and then a few hours later the beams arrived. Yep, I would use them again.
