        Closed Saturday and early afternoon closing during the week. ATM available but not always the answer. What about looking after the members/customers?

        Rude staff .. I know times are difficult . But for staff to tell a keyworker They shouldn't be using the branch to deposit a large amount of money. & to keep it at home..is madness. If you dont want to offer a service you should stay closed . & you will be closed permanently if you treat customers that way!!. Having said all that the wisbech branch manager phoned me to apologise & explained the situation better . Five stars for her alone .

        Really appalling COVID set up, no clear queue as it could be for the cash machine or entrance. Tried to look through the door to see if they are even open and got shouted at. You cant tell if the branch is open internally at all from the outside.

        I have banked with Nationwide since 1987 and moved house about 7 times to different areas of the Country. I have always received exceptional service from the various local branches and other branches in various places l have visited. Keep up your good work.
