        Ordered a new pool liner from Arcus. Not an easy job as we don't live in the UK and our pool was an irregular shape and bespoke model that was put in 12 years ago.All measurements had to be sent via ourselves, pictures, measurements and many phone calls and emails. Measurements were rechecked about 3 times to be sure everything was alright. Robert and Sarah were very helpful throughout. We managed to fit the liner ourselves with only a few creases which were entirely our fault. Would fully recommend this company to anyone as they give you enough time and explain in detail any queries.
