Great Prices from this company.... Great knowledge from carl, he assisted me before me making a purchase, and confirmed that I was ordering the correct parts. I ordered several parts mid afternoon and the goods were delivered before 9.30 the next day. 10/10 for fast and efficient service.

Totally rude. Opening hours are a joke the place never seems to be open and when you call the number and ask if he is open you get told hes flat out busy he wasnt the other day when I gave him 250 cash for a cheap Chinese pump what more can I say.

The worst customer.erservice I have ever had.happy to sell a component but when it needed to be returned he didn't want to know. Do not use this company, there are many better out there

Ordered and paid for parts that were showing as in stock and got told wouldnt get stock of 3 months. Sort your stock and ordering system out

Poor attitude. Website & Google show physical address with get directions buttons arrived not to be a physical store. Called the telephone number to be answered by an extremely rude gentleman. Asked if he could identity some parts, came out very reluctantly and on showing him the parts I required he was extremely rude and patronising. Felt like I was a complete inconvenience. After travelling from Cambridge to purchase some of his parts. Wont be ordering from this guy will take my custom elsewhere to someone who has some customer service skills. Edit to add - has sent me a text message with links to website - stating customer collections, how he even got my number I do not know!!! Completely disregarding the fact that his attitude is disgusting and is the real issue here!! We wouldnt mind have if we turned up to be turned away if we where greeted by a pleasant helpful person who could have assisted us in our request and advise us that his business is online and actually provide a service!! The review has been left for the simple reason that he was so shockingly rude! Gobsmacked this business is even real.
