        They send inferior products to the ones advertised, purchased DOW filters got sent cheap chinese products that are half the price of the product purchased

        IWE are a friendly and professional company. I purchased a good quality DI vessel for my window cleaning business that arrived promptly. When I needed some replacements parts, they were very helpful and sent them within 24 Hours. Thanks IWE.

        DI vessel arrived early but damaged. Don't make the mistake I did of being too quick to leave negative feedback, contact them first. IWE have dealt with the problem quickly and to my satisfaction, would be happy to purchase from them again.
