Great food, i tried some garlic chicken last week & tasted great. Very polite gentlement that served me. Very knowledgeable, great customer service. 100% recommend to anyone passing by.

We found this place almost by accident. Best pork pie we've ever had! Well seasoned meat, not too much aspic and the pastry was perfect. The steak and ale pies were sublime, tender and tasty meat, rich gravy and not too much pastry. Most importantly not too much air inside the pastry case either. Next time we're in this part of the country I'm sure we'll be back for more. We were served by a friendly and knowledgeable chap who had been up preparing the day's wares before opening time - how's that for dedication?
