        Had my first treatment here today while holidaying nearby - a combined sports and facial massage. Elaine's obvious experience and precision left me feeling the most relaxed I have felt some weeks. She identified trigger points without me telling her where I thought they were and adjusted pressure seamlessly from gentle to elbow firm and back again as necessary.

        Had a fabulous first treatment with Lainey today. Felt in very safe and knowledge hands. I will definitely be returning. I'm pain free in my back this evening and able to let go after a very stressful few months, holding on to lots of tension. Thank you Lainey for your care and expertise, I know I'll sleep lots better too which is a relief as my sleep has been erratic for weeks. Looking forward to my next treatment already.
