Coach House Dental Practice Wirksworth

I visited the coach house dental practice for the first time on Thursday. My experience was very pleasant and the best service I have ever had at a dentist. I first saw the dentist on time, who informed me that I needed to see the hygienist and the hygienist could see me on that day in about 15 minutes time. The hygienist was on time and explained everything that she was going to do to my teeth as she went along. I will definitely be keeping my appointment for 6 months time.

Lovely welcoming practice, all the staff are polite and friendly. I was seen as an emergency patient and I cannot fault the service I received today. The Dentist, Kamran, was very reassuring and made you feel at ease explaining everything clearly. He gave the vibes that nothing was too much trouble. He and the dental nurse worked through their dinner breaks to see me. Thanks again for your wonderful service.

Everyone who dealt with me was so lovely and professional, particularly the amazing receptionist, Caitlin, who is a real credit to the practise. She explained things with so much patience and clarity, sorting me with an emergency appointment when all other practises were full. My dentist, and also her assistant - I didnt catch their names, were great at explaining things and giving me practical, clear and actionable advice which wasnt rushed. I was really happy with my experience.
