        Absolutely brilliant staff. I hadnt noticed that an item I had bought was split open, because I couldnt see properly, due to wearing contact lenses. The lady on the till immediately asked another assistant to quickly replace the item. percent customer service/satisfaction at this store All day long .

        Only one till was open for a big shop. The rest were self serve. I don't like using self service. Also it felt like I was being a inconvenience to the member of staff that was told to serve me. The store is clean and plenty of choice.
