Alpha Service Station

Says on the yodel website open 24hrs, tried to drop a parcel off just after 10pm and the server was really unhelpful refused to take parcel even though it was small enough to go through the hatch, no advice given for alternative drop of points or time I could drop off in the morning. Appalling service.

As other reviews say, rudest customer service Ive ever encountered. Tried to pick up a package and was rudely told to just wait numerous times in the middle of being served, no please, thank you or any other conversation. Even said phone, barcode and took my phone and placed it on the counter while serving other customers. No common decency whatsoever, I would definitely avoid.

The food and magazine sales service is managed by a person who is rude and disrespectful to people, selling open items and with a lack of items, I recommend not Go, and all the people who have had a problem get in touch to make a daily claim in front of this place
