LED and Power

BEWARE..PLEASE READ..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I was left stunned by this company. This is my 1st ever review in my life. I ordered 2 x Light panels, as sending 1 was a problem. I should have taken this as a Reg flag and moved on. I ordered anyway, because my room was getting done, and needed the lights for the builders. After ordering the products, it took about a week to get. Things like that happen. Couriers can be difficult at times. Things get lost. I get it. Cool. No problem. ledandpower.co.uk were great when I called. They even responded to my emails. No issues. Anyway, the delay happened because they hadn't packed the item properly. Effectively the transformer fell out the box. Look at attached pictures. I sent them an email, to ask for status. Yes it was a Friday, but, the work at my house didn't stop that weekend. Now panicking. I'm chasing for an alternative transformer. Local business all rejected, saying it needs to be returned, and will not provide an alternative. With this in mind, I bought a panel off the shelf and returned ledandpower.co.uk lights. Here is when it gets odd. They didn't like the fact that I returned the item, without confirmation. Frankly, my life doesn't revolve around your company. Had you sent a 400 item better packaged we would not have this issue. They made excuses, about not having enough time. They even threatened partial refund. I sent them my customer rights, with a nice little link from the government website, explaining they are breaking the law by not giving my money back. I can fill this entire box out with plenty more information. I don't have the time, and I will wait for ledpower.co.uk to respond to this review, and swipe through every rebuttal. It's cost me 30 to return that item. But it will be worth it, if people see this review and opt to buy somewhere else.

Great service from Sam at LED and power, he's been really helpful and any time I've had an issue he has come back to me straight away and done everything in his power to get me what I needed and has succeeded in doing so. Would recommend these guys for anyone looking for a company that looks after the client first above all else to provide a top quality service.

I wanted to change the harsh strip lighting in my office to dimmable LED panels. After a quick phone call to go through the options, I had the exact panels I needed on order. The panels arrived within two days and were simple to install. I had a follow up request and the customer service was excellent yet again. Very happy to recommend.

Having endured gloomy strip lights for many years we decided to swop over to the LED ones. We are delighted with the results! We can change the settings to have daylight, white or yellow light but our favourite is daylight! It has made a massive difference to our garden centre and will be so much better during the winter with gloomier days.Also it will cut our costs +++ The install team were efficient, considerate, tidy and on time. We can recommend the whole process!

It was the first time we dealt with LED and Power. We've had a full LED lighting installed in our office and warehouse. The work was competed as scheduled and the cost was reasonable. A professional and courteous company to deal with.
