Sedgemill Pharmacy

Excellent staff, very very busy, not enough staff for the amount of customers, but absolutely not the fault of the overwhelmed staff. I would just ask that customers could take a minute to be kind. I witnessed a member of staff reduced to tears by a customer (a rather intimidating lady to say the least) because of her own lack of planning. Just be kind people, it costs nothing And for sedgemll as a company please look after your staff and get them. Some well deserved help!!!

I've always had fantastic service at this pharmacy. Sometimes I think it's very easy for people to forget just how busy they are and just how difficult it can be working in a pharmacy. My most recent experience with the team has just cemented my view. Being my stupid forgetful self, I forgot to pick up my prescription. I only remembered I needed to collect it 5 minutes before closing time the day before Christmas eve. Yes this is the kind of thing I do. The team went out of their way to help me and dropped my prescription off so I didn't have to go without my tablets over the Christmas period. They didn't have to do this as it wasn't their fault that I forgot about it but they helped me none the less. A huge thank you to the staff for helping me so many times over the years.
