        Dalen attended to service our Aga and boiler. Identified an issue with the water boiler jacket on the Aga which required removal. They fitted this work in ASAP a very professional service by staff who prompt polite and hard working who clearly understand Aga cookers. The Aga now works better than it has done for years. Highly recommend Dalen Services. Can't fault them thanks

        After 4 visits by another independent Aga engineer, who did expensive work but still couldnt get our oil Aga working, I was grateful to Dalen for sending someone as soon as they were able. A very personable engineer worked meticulously to restore the Aga, leaving the working area immaculate. He also explained patiently what was wrong, what he was doing to put things right and what to look out for in the future. We also had advice on the phone before the visit and follow-up support to ensure all was continuing to work well. Dalen offers a one month free call-back which suggests they have confidence in their engineers: ours was well-informed and clearly had both very good training and experience. Thank you to the team at Dalen.
