My daughter bought a car from here for cash and it broke down within 2 weeks. The head gasket was gone! As we live 2 hours from the garage my daughter asked for a full refund instead of getting the car repaired. They refused her and wanted to charge her for a milage that she already put in the car. They never replied to her calls and finally she went to the small claim court asking for some help. After half a year she's got the money! Not too sure why they wanted to choose this way.......

Had been looking for a used car for weeks and ran into issues when I realised that almost all the dealerships I was looking at did not accept credit card! I refined my search to dealerships that accepted it and came across Top Gear Bristol which not only had good reviews but a used Astra at a price that seemed way too good to be true. I knew I had to get in there so asked on Wednesday if I could book for a test drive on Saturday to which I got a rapid response that this was fine. On Friday at about 21:10 I then got a text asking if I was still coming as someone else had also asked to test drive the car (this was good as I was worried that I would arrive Saturday to find someone else had bought it). I said yes and was there at 10am on Saturday. Whole thing took about 45 minutes, saw the car, no pushy tactics or runaround, was even informed that its actually illegal for dealerships to now charge a % if you purchase with credit card which was a nice surprise. Drove the car away that same morning and honestly doubt Id have found such a good deal anywhere else!
