First of all I say stay away from them. Very bad service

Unreliable. Started promising, booked in an initial visit for a quote at 9am the next morning. Waited until 9.20 and no visit yet so I text and got a prompt reply saying he was running late so would be there at 10am. Totally fine and I understand that these things happen especially in the building business. Waited until 10.25 still no phone call, message or visit! Text again to say I had to go out soon to which he rung me and said that it was going to be more like another 40 minutes as he had to pick up some work t-shirts to wear so he could look professional! I explained that this wasn't very professional and I had already been waiting in since 9am. He then said that he could visit later this afternoon as he thought I lived in Ashton not Long Ashton so it was much further away than he thought- I explained to him that Ashton is literally 5 minutes up the road from me. I politely said that I would no longer be needing to use his services!
