Nick and his team are first class. Nick is honest and creates a confidence in his customers that is so important when investing in a big project. He kept to times and quotes with no hidden costs and if anything changed he kept us informed every step of the way. He and the team are so friendly with remaining professional and respectful. Nick knows his stuff! He is a craftsman and takes pride in his work and his expertise shows in the beautiful finish to our home. We are now waiting the next quote for another project as we wouldn't now trust anyone else. Thanks Nick, Kirsty, Nigel and Pete for a great experience as our first renovation project but most of all for the fun and laughter.......it made it so much less stressful.

Nick and his team undertook a full kitchen renovation for me in April. Fantastic team of guys. Friendly and professional and my new kitchen looks stunning. Nick took the time to understand what I wanted from my kitchen and designed and created the perfect combination. The work was completed to a very high standard and the house left tidy afterwards. I was so impressed that I booked him back to replace my downstairs toilet. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and his team at Young Property Development to others and indeed I already have done
