Incredible spot, massive earthworks surrounding a central mound with a Roman temple too! Plenty of information boards along a beautiful walk in the Dorset countryside. Parking is free. Prepare for a steep climb up and amazing views from the ramparts. Take care around the sheep - keep dogs on leads, especially at lambing time.
