Highly recommend Jacobs Motors, we have bought two cars from Chris and the experience has always been great. He is very accommodating, honest, and always goes above and beyond to help. He is extremely knowledgeable and has great customer service. The buying process with him is easy, straightforward, and well explained. Both cars have been exactly what weve wanted. We live 3 hours away and even so, would not look elsewhere to buy a car.

I can honestly say I have not had customer service this good . There was an issue but Chris sorted it . In the end the car wasn't for us but Chris was brilliant definitely would get one from this garage in future .

Be careful using this Garage, I purchased a car in April 2021and they didn't give me a green slip or send me log book. A year later I am trying to tax my car and I called and asked the garage where they sent my log book. They told me they sent it to my address which was door number 9 but it turns out it was sent to a random person on the same street. I was contacted by this random person on Facebook to tell me there was a fine on my car because DVLA didn't have the correct address for me it had added extra fees and final warnings thanks to this garage. So not only have I had to pay to get a new log book but because they registered my car to another persons address I haven't received any post in relation to my car. So thanks a lot
