        Unfortunately not open when im not at work so I rarely visit but when I try to they are always helpful if they have enough staff to be open.

        A mixture of polite, helpful staff and one just plain, miserable and rude employee makes visiting this office a gamble. Staff seem ill informed about the services they are supposed to be selling and often the queus reach out of the door, whoever the area manager is should be sacked.

        Rarely open when I go there. When they are they are fine. Just not open enough and it seems we have to travel further if it's urgent. The opening times on here do not correlate to the sign on the shop.
