        Nice helpful staff. No problem with prescription which I have delivered to me. I have 9 drugs I need lol. I'm new to Winslow (6 weeks ) and reside in Swan Court.

        Two or three hour queues for prescriptions seem to be a common experience for many. There would appear to be no acknowledgement by the managers of their responsibility for a completely unacceptable service. Elderly and unwell customers are having to queue outside the shop. (This review is based on my wife's experience when collecting prescriptions for a very old lady - who simply could not manage to queue. She spoke to several regular customers who had experienced appalling customer service. The local doctors' surgery is aware of the problem with this company and are attempting to mitigate the difficulties it causes.)
