While on holiday in Wiltshire, my ancient point-and-shoot camera broke down and I since wanted to capture some memories of my visit, I contacted Andrew Clifton at Impressions Photography in Bradford on Avon. Having discussed what I was after, Andrew literally went the extra mile on this - recommending three nearby locations that we could visit, to provide an attractive context for holiday portraits. Having completed the photography work, he uploaded a set of over 200 images to an online gallery, asking me to select my favourites to be edited. This was quite a challenge as all of the photos looked great - but when the editing was done, I was astonished at the improvement; the final images were simply stunning! I quickly decided to order a number of prints, as gifts for family and friends. Very highly recommended!

Andrew recently carried out two sessions, one to cover my proposal to my girlfriend and the second a more traditional set of engagement photos. The first had a tricky start, as the moment of the proposal had to be a surprise. There was lots of communication and planning beforehand and Andrew had some great suggestions. In the end we succeeded and got the shots of the moment that my fiance loved. Then followed some more standard outdoor shots using the wonderful backdrops provided by the National Trust site at Tyntesfield. The second session was at twilight at the Roman Baths at Bath. This wasnt the easiest of environments as the site was pretty busy with people generally touring the baths. Even so Andrew managed to get some great shots that were composed brilliantly.

Excellent service from Andrew. He was quick to reply to messages and accommodated our availability. Andrew took lots of great photos giving us lots to choose from and edited them promptly.

I worked with Impressions.photo when Andrew, the owner, was visiting Spain and in particular, Bodegas Bentomiz S.L., a small prestigious winery near Sayalonga in Mlaga. We wanted images to convey our eno-tourism offer, capturing clients without disturbing them (though of course their permission was asked). We were pleased with the quality of the shots Andrew produced, especially his eye for capturing people in a natural way, as well as for place and form, and asked him to shoot a set at a musical event. At his suggestion he developed a slide-show video for us and, when we found that an adapted slideshow could be used at the FITUR Madrid tourism conference, he was prompt and helpful in producing a suitable version. Both the shots and the slideshows were highly professional, and we've used them, and continue to do so, in our marketing campaigns.
