Recently purchased a quantity of Challenge coins, personalised presentation boxes, floating stands and acrylic stands. Amazing quality products, everyone who ordered one is super happy with it, others have asked if they can now get one. Outstanding customer service, professional yet friendly and personable! Worked hard on the design and nothing was too much trouble! Estimated turn around from order to delivery was beaten, even with the large order and super swift reliable delivery Just faultless! I collect challenge coins so I have already got some by Challenge Coins UK and they are well made. I decided to get my first coin made up for a particular unit which has never been done before. I decided to use CCUK and they did not disappoint. So easy from start to finish, design proofs looked good, easy to make changes if needed and if I wanted to speak to anyone someone always answered the phone. I mainly dealt with Tom who was more than happy go through everything in detail and also show me photos of what different aspects of the coin would look like. Once the order went in the turnaround was quick and they were posted straight away, next working day delivery for me which was amazing. CCUK also included a couple of free presentation coin boxes for me which was a lovely touch. I would definately use them again, highly recommended. Thanks to CCUK.
