Be prepared to waste 20 minutes of your life queueing up because the staff cba serving you!! If its worth the wait I dont mind but not great quality product customer the other week was returning the chicken they just bought and smelled so foul you could smell from 20 yards away the man on till was nearly sick! Had 2 staff on the 1st had 7 customers waiting the 2nd member said to me till closed when I had 4 items would have took her 20 seconds if that! Had to go to other queue, literally a minute later the woman comes back and opens till and starts serving! no it wasnt toilet break it was ti not get stuck on till ,so Im waiting 15 mins extra, wouldnt common sense prevail to look at the other colleagues long queue and get it down before sodding off to hide down an aisle and pretend to shelf stack, staff on headsets down aisles unprofessional chats to each other slagging people off,milk section is a paddling pool of milk on the floor supposed for kids entertainment maybe not sure, staff moaning about working so hard, HELLO! Your working at Aldi hence why they pay you more as its fast paced every customer knows that and so should the staff,if its not for you go and work at Waitrose where its not so fast paced instead of penalising the customers who have busy lives themselves so want to be in and out not waiting half hour for one poor member of staff probably the newbies to serve all the customers without any help, definitely Asda all the way now the prices at that Aldi seemed to have shot up anyway now theyre getting more customers get the Asda rewards app honestly if you keep buying there just essentials range if on a tight budget you look at the prices and actually Asda is now cheaper with JE range than aldi and same quality,and the money you get back off rewards,did a 140 shop got 9 back on Asda rewards app helped me out later in the month, plus you can go to a self checkout so you can get out of there 20 minutes earlier than aldi time is money also remember that aldi
