Software is great and simple to learn, the cutting tables are second to none. After sales support is excellent, I can't rate it enough, from the high quality and professional training, tech support is fast and efficient, and the engineers/services make the tables run like new! No question or help is too much trouble. Highly recommend AG/CAD, their KASMAKE software and cutting tables.

I have had many dealings with Agcad, both hardware and software and can honestly say i could not fault there service in any way. I have used 3 different types of machines from them in the past 10 years as well as machines from other competing company's and Agcad are bar far the easiest to deal with. There after sales is great both on the phone and in person. If you have a particular problem, they go out of there way to find and implement a solution for you. Even to the extent of how to get the best from cutting various types of materials. The machines are solid and well thought out for the end user and if you do ever need to call an engineer, they arrive on time and actually know the machines they are looking at. There software engineers are superb. Easy to talk to and actually help you using plain easy to understand language. They always have the time to help even with the simplest of questions and are very quick with either a phone, email or remote connection response to any issues. All i can say is keep up the good work at AGCAD!

Weve worked with AG/CAD equipment for over 30 years and found the quality of product, service and support exemplary. Throughout the years, AG/CAD team have always diligent, trustworthy and professional in their approach to sales, installation and after sales support. Support contract and after warranty care packages are in line with industry standard commercial acceptability and we have never felt that costs have been unnecessarily inflated or repair work exaggerated. In our experience, repair work is guaranteed by AG/CAD. Equipment sold by AG/CAD is a highly specialised and forms an essential part of any design led business. Breakdowns are not limited to AG/CAD machinery or Zund for that matter, any type of machinery can break down, however unwelcome and inconvenient that may be. Specialised equipment needs specialist care and professional service this is never cheap, but will always be necessary. It is better to prepare for the unexpected than to hope for the best.
