        Unfriendly, rude, didn't released the vehicle in spite of all the charges paid because of incompetent worker that doesn't bother to look for a bank payment(looked into wrong account aftee himself giving me the account where to pay, wasted over 5 hours : 4 hours on the road on and back there, plus over an hour waiting for their incompetence and not giving me the vehicle )
