        Engineer attended to replace the seal in our washing machine. After the drum was bouncing around when the machine was in use. Not sure how he missed this to be honest. Called the contact centre to get someone to come out and spoke to the most patronising and antagonistic staff member on the phone. Logged a complaint by email. Not even had an acknowledgment. Decided to buy a new washing machine rather than have to deal with this company ever again.

        Total cowboys! This shower came to replace the screen on my 8 week old Samsung tv, broke the back panel and fitted a new screen which was worse than the original. The engineer even admitted it was worse, then went back to base and reported the job done and my tv fixed, so Samsung wouldn't take it any further, they just left me with a duff tv. A very rude man with a bad attitude called me from martin dawes and offered to fix the damage they caused but i declined as i won't have them in my house again. Luckily Currys are a decent company and swapped it for an LG which is great. So if you have a warranty issue and you're offered martin dawes, insist on someone else as this company are a bunch of lying cowboys
