I called Brazendale regarding a leaking kitchen mixer tap. As I'm new to this area I didn't have any contacts etc but a friend gave me Brazendale's deatails. Well I was immediately impressed with the professionalism shown by the office for their helpfulness & understanding. The job was booked in & they confirmed the date, time and name of plumber dealing with job by return email & text. Plumber, Laura arrived on time, was very polite & completed the task in very professional manner. Laura was absolutely brilliant this is exactly what you want absolutely brilliant customer service. I cant recommend this company highly enough.

Called Brazendale for repair to downstairs toilet. Never used them before. On first contact I was immediately impressed with the professionalism shown by the office. The job was booked in. Then confirmation by email confirming date time and name of plumber dealing with job. Plumbers arrived on time. Job completed in very professional manner and tided up afterwards. Brilliant. This is exactly what you want..brilliant customer service like nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs and would recommend this company.
