        Been trying to ring for two days to order repeat prescription but line is constantly engaged, sure they have got it off the hook because the amount of times I have tried is ridiculous, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

        Vaccination today, hygiene a little concerning. Staff did not wear gloves or sanitise whilst handling needles, no sanitising of my skin before inhection. Maybe less strict guidelines since I had my last vacc elsewhere?
