Disgusting my daughter was charged 9.35 for golden eye ointment on a prescription when it was on the shelf to buy over the counter for 4.75 what a rip off why did the staff not tell her this.I am disgusted money is tight at the moment words fail me.

The pharmacy at this store provides the worst service I have ever experienced. If a prescription arrives with them in the morning when you go to collect it they have done nothing with it. Once you arrive at the counter they say it will be an hour, this appears to be their way of prioritising how and when they administer prescriptions. I have now changed pharmacy to one that texts me when my prescription is ready, they don't tell me to go shopping or comeback in an hour. Worst service from a retailer ever, change to boots or Well pharmacy you will get a superior service without the need to walk round Winsford for an hour while they do what they should have done 4 hrs earlier.

Rude staff who treat there customers with zero compassion - might be local to me but I certainly will not use this pharmacy again!
