Before joining SJC Fitness I was quite nervous as I hadnt used a personal trainer before but Im so glad I did, the service I have received has been brilliant, also very quick at responding to texts etc, and in these difficult times has been Covid secure meeting social distancing rules. SJC has been extremely professional and tailored my training to my requirements with excellent results within a short period of time and now my confidence is growing. My relationship with food since joining SJC fitness has massively changed making better healthy decisions. I cant wait for my next session I would highly recommend this service, if you want quality training with a friendly professional service.

SHANNON Shannon has been my personal trainer for over three months. I had no idea what to expect, and had not exercised in any way for nearly 50 years. She was careful to understand my personal circumstances including health, diet and goals, and started to gently introduce me to a limited range of exercises which challenged me, without completely putting me off the idea. Over the last few months my twice-weekly session has gradually intensified and extended the range of equipment that I use. Shannon leads the sessions with firm humour, and has a clear plan for each hour. She has avoided boring repetitive periods by varying the activities, which are all targeted at specific parts of the body, taking account of my health limitations. Although I havent stuck rigorously to her diet advice, I have lost over two stone (so far!) and my performance in all areas, although nothing special, has improved substantially. I look forward to each session, if not every exercise routine, and most importantly, I feel fitter and many of those aches and pains that creep up on you as you get older have receded or even disappeared completely.
