Taylors Optometrists

Well what can I say other than don't go anywhere else.. I discovered Taylors .. when they fitted me in as an emergency patient.. through them.. I was referred to the Countess of Chester.. I underwent eye surgery recently.. because of Taylors my sight was saved.. it felt like a miracle after the surgery.. but went back to have my eyes tested again .. (as is usual after eye surgery) picked up my new glasses today and low and behold.. it truly is now a miracle.. I cannot highly recommend Andy and his wonderful team highly enough.. 10/10*** you don't need to go anywhere else.. you should only go Taylors.. "should have gone there" no.. you only need to go here to Taylors Winsford.. Bravo Andy & Team. xx

Lovely professional and all friendly staff. Jemma Becky and Jane were Very patient with me when choosing my frames. The optometrist Andy was so good as well. Explained my eye condition so well and a really thorough eye exam. Good experience 10/10 all round. Thank you.

Exempt patients forced to wear face coverings. Contrary to this, there is no hand sanitiser available, pens are shared, the tablet is shared to sign, machines aren't wiped before use (that we put our faces on for scans). Premium scans are now compulsory at every test or "find another optician" regardless of whether you have a need for them or not. I never thought I would see the say I would want Mrs Taylors abruptness back! That was a walk in the park. 25 years of loyalty ruined by one arrogant, egotistical, heartless, man. Should work with the dead as he has no compassion for living patients!
