        Amazing teachers for the kids, they make the classes fun as well as help them learn the sport. I've been taking my son (8) and daughter (11) here for MMA lessons, given that its 'fighting' I wanted to make sure it wasn't too rough, especially for my daughter who suffers with anxiety. Both my children look forward to their lessons and even asked to attend an additional session each week.

        Highly recommend if youre looking to start MMA in Cheshire, really good way of teaching all ages in the way they learn, really good value for your money, and makes you realise what you can achieve and really do!
