Awful job , everyone is a standard operator !! if you are running machines ,changing jigs and controlling robots wages stay the same even if you are taken on ( from agency). HR seems to think its ok to use employees holidays for bank holidays, without any communication or notice, which surely cant be legal!?. Health and safety officials whom do the audits Must have been paid off , as not one single piece of ventilation throughout the whole factory works, in fact they have at least 15 years worth of TOXIC DUST stuck inside the ductwork! FACT I have the proof of how bad that place is (also not mandatory for masks )

Since ive been working here as a warehouse operative, ive found it really easy to get the work done and fit right in. Brilliant team, staff and work environment!

The workshop supervisor is so rude and bullys the staff that work for them they should be ashamed of themselves, supposed to be a grown man and he bullys all the new staff and always has something to say. Its such a negative and horrible environment to be in and something needs to be done about it absolutely appalling!
