The first time Ive booked an appointment in 4 years. Took me a long time to reach out for help and the GP not only didnt offer help but made me feel worse. I didnt feel like I was listened to and I was shoved off.

Reception staff are always very friendly and helpful I have never had a problem getting a consultation on the few days occasions I have needed one .

I am very new to this doctors I will say the booking in on the wall system they need to place wipes as everybody touches it Nothing in place When I come again I ll bring my own Wasnt impressed with the blood pressure machine in full view of everyone Not everyone has the confidence to use something like that especially me even with help it was in the wrong place I got a appointment with the nurse she a credit to this place She saw I was a little nervous And took her time Am recovering from a stroke Just glad she was there as up to seeing her I felt it was like a cold place to be I remember when you would speak to the lady on desk Its all about do it yourself Book in yourself Do your own blood pressure No personal touch I only came to this place as I thought being a smaller place there would be a warmer welcome Just feel all the doctors are going the same Just glad the nurse was so lovely

Taken a year for them to acknowledge I have a problem and complete a referral. Rang them begging for help as I was in severe pain and there was a 5 hour wait for an ambulance, finally got through to a nurse who prescribed me antibiotics, I went to practice to pick it up and they said it will be ready straight away as its an emergency. Went to the chemist and was left for over an hour nearly collapsing which was so embarrassing, just kept getting told they had sent it but chemist said they haven't , finally got a update saying they will ring when prescription is ready, I expressed to them that I was now in excruciating pain and had no way to the hospital but they didn't care. Absolutely disgusting treating people like that and have no compassion, most of the issues are down to the really rude receptionists.
