Big shout out to Steve and the team for an amazing customer service. This is the place to get a great quality sofas - very durable. Covers, which you can replace, wash and change is such a brilliant idea. We bought a set of a red and a black covers and when swapping it gives a fresh look to the living room. Well made mechanism and sturdy frame, very stable. There was no problem with minor custom requests and the delivery guys managed to get the sofa through a very narrow door frame, no problem.
