Terrible ordered steak pie and chips with gravy. Pie burnt to a cinder gravy thicker than custard. Chips ok. Didn't bother complaining young staff on so didn't need the hassle.

The best fish and chips Ive ever eaten!!! Crispy and perfectly cooked fish and chips just how they should be and the fish melts in your mouth, thick old school gravy which I absolute love great to a see a fish and chip shop sticking to old traditional routes and not cutting corners like other chip shops, people complaining about waiting 20 minutes I understand but maybe thats a good thing as the foods that good theres demand so worth the wait, will definitely be coming back shame cant be open at night

Recommended by family to come to this establishment.. Lovely welcoming staff.. But I'm. Afraid that's where it stops... Ordering... Easy.. Waited over 20 minutes... Not a joke! Although the server tried to keep the food warm under the steamer... The fish unfortunately was like warm which wasn't great it does put you off..as we're the peas and gravy and curry sauce Kept waiting on potatoe fritter they were hot so a plus Watched as people came in... All served at different times with their order's.. Obviously popular which is always a good sign... Unfortunately service lacking badly which puts you off... I'm told the restaurant is alot better but this has put me off and therefor honestly wouldn't recommend unless you're in no rush.... Or eating in restaurant or Uber... Sorry Al its a no from me
