The Window Doctor Ltd

We called to enquire about having some windows repaired and initially we had to leave a message on an answerphone as nobody picked up the call. Unfortunately 24 hours later our call still hadn't been returned so we called again only to be told 'I haven't checked my messages from yesterday yet' !(?). Anyway, John agreed a date and time and said he would be happy to take the job on. We waited at home in plenty of time and eagerly awaited his arrival. Disappointingly, he never arrived nor telephoned to apologise or even to arrange a different date. We happened to be home the following day and wondered if he'd got his dates muddled up and kind of anticipated him turning up the day after. However, he still never turned up. Its not our place to go 'chasing' businesses asking where they are and why they haven't arrived so if you want our business its here, if not then don't mess people about. Doesn't deserve 1 star to be honest.

We have just had 2 new bedroom windows installed. To say we're impressed is an understatement. Quick efficient and professional service we were being messed around by all the well known companies so we focused on staying local. So glad we did. We will be using you again.
