Lovely place, the drs and nurses are very helpful. However to get to them you have to go through a painful experience on the front desk receptionist, was very rude and unhelpful until I questioned her then lovely as anything. Customer service should not be fought for. Youre in one of the most important jobs because of a person is calling/needs to see you then its probably not about nothing, they need your help. Being unpleasant is not what people need especially over the phone when we cant see who we are speaking to; there is no need to be condescending when talking to people over the phone. Get a grip.

Doctors are fantastic its one particular reception staff , and the pharmacist woman , very rude , very very judgmental, have made me feel very upset and stressed on multiple occasions , I am looking on how to carry this complaint on much further.
