        Terrible customer service by the manager. Refused to take back an electrical product that wasn't working correctly, and said I had to phone the manufacturer. Called them and they said why on earth are you calling us, under the consumer rights act Argos have to refund you. As a good will gesture the manufacturer refunded under their own warranty policy but advised I put a complaint in against the store manager.
