I see Sara as my regular dentist and have also been treated by Mitra recently for some successful specialist work, meaning I didnt have to lose a tooth! They are both wonderful dentists, I always feel welcomed and listened to. Any fear, concern or anxiety I have had had always been taken seriously and catered for. I have always been afraid of needles and was scared when I needed a local anaesthetic, Sara was very patient with me and talked to me the whole way through making me feel much more comfortable.

Visited the dentist yesterday, the new practice is a lovely , modern and spacious. Staff on reception and the dental nurse were very friendly. Stuart Mearns is a brilliant dentist and always so professional and great at what he does, Im not a big fan of going to the dentist and I always feel at ease with him.

How is it when your dentist tells you to RING UP for him to make the referral to a specialist that you need a appointment when you only got seen on the 18th January 2023 as he gave you antibiotics that obviously haven't helped the problem hence why he said to ring back and ask for him to make the referral to a specialist. All this is clearly on my notes. Clearly you just want me to come and in and waste more time when I could be looking after my parents who need looking after. All I need is the referral not another appointment to tell me what I already know what is wrong with me bring back the days where your parents used string on the door handles or pilers to get your teeth out wouldn't have this problem. Didn't even have this problem when Mr Tallup was in charge absolute nightmare.
